Chairman of the Board

The Chairman of the Board presides over the Eternal Assembly and serves as the highest constitutional authority within the governance structure of EATG Global Capital, holding the trust of the Enterprise and its sovereign stakeholders.

Constitutional Authority

The Chairman is the presiding officer of the Board of Governors and the Eternal Assembly, responsible for ensuring that the Charter, the Intergenerational Covenant, and the Governing Principles are upheld in all deliberations and decisions of the Enterprise. The office exists outside and above the executive management structure, providing independent constitutional oversight.

Responsibilities

The Chairman convenes and presides over meetings of the Board of Governors, ensures orderly governance processes, represents the Enterprise at the sovereign level, appoints committee chairs, and serves as the final arbiter of constitutional interpretation. The Chairman does not participate in day-to-day management but exercises authority over governance integrity and institutional continuity.

Constitutional Position

The Chairman's authority derives from the Charter, not from delegation. The office is a constitutional creation, established to safeguard the permanence and integrity of the Enterprise's governance framework. The Chairman acts as the living embodiment of the intergenerational trust upon which the Enterprise was founded.
