Executive Leadership Team
The Executive Leadership Team is responsible for the operational execution of the Enterprise's strategic mandate, reporting to the Board of Governors through the Chief Executive Officer while upholding the constitutional principles of the Charter.

The CEO holds the highest executive authority, responsible for executing the strategic direction set by the Board of Governors, managing institutional operations, and ensuring the Enterprise fulfills its intergenerational mandate. The CEO serves at the pleasure of the Board and reports directly to the Chairman.
The CIO directs the Enterprise's capital allocation framework, managing investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction in accordance with the principles of prudence, stewardship, and perpetuity enshrined in the Charter.
The CRO oversees the Enterprise's risk management framework, independent of front-office functions, ensuring that all material risks are identified, measured, monitored, and reported to the Risk Committee of the Board of Governors.
The CFO maintains the financial integrity of the Enterprise, overseeing capital structure, liquidity management, financial reporting, and treasury operations, with direct accountability to the Audit Committee.
The CCO ensures constitutional and regulatory compliance across all Enterprise operations, maintaining independence from management and reporting directly to the Ethics & Compliance Committee of the Board of Governors.
