Qualifying principals may request a private briefing with the Executive Committee. Briefings are conducted in a secure physical or encrypted virtual room and provide a comprehensive orientation to governance, treaty protections, capital adequacy, operating divisions, and engagement frameworks.
Participation Privilege Extended by the Eternal Assembly.
Certain divisions operate on a pure invitation-only basis. No application, request, or referral can trigger admission. Invitation is extended directly by the Eternal Assembly of Treaty Guardians following confidential review of standing, reputation, and alignment with the Founding Mandate.

Only minimum necessary information is requested. Sensitive personal data are collected only after preliminary interest is established and are stored under the highest security classification.
