Governor Profiles

The Board of Governors is the supreme governing body of EATG Global Capital, entrusted with constitutional oversight, strategic direction, and the preservation of the Enterprise across generations. Each Governor serves as a fiduciary of the intergenerational covenant.

Presiding Governor

The Presiding Governor, also serving as Chairman of the Board, convenes the Eternal Assembly and ensures constitutional adherence in all proceedings. This office holds the tie-breaking authority and the power to certify all institutional acts as consistent with the Charter.

Governor, Audit & Risk

Charged with oversight of the internal audit function, risk management framework, and financial integrity. This Governor chairs the Audit and Risk Committees and reports directly to the Eternal Assembly on matters of institutional control and assurance.

Governor, Ethics & Compliance

Responsible for constitutional compliance, ethical standards, and the integrity framework of the Enterprise. This Governor oversees the Ethics Council, the Compliance function, and ensures the Governing Principles are observed in all institutional activity.

Governor, Strategy & Perpetuity

Entrusted with the long-term strategic direction of the Enterprise and the safeguarding of its intergenerational mission. This Governor evaluates capital allocation frameworks, institutional evolution, and the enduring relevance of the Enterprise across centuries.
