Counterparty Tier Overview

The Counterparty Tier Framework defines the qualification criteria, engagement parameters, and access privileges for all institutions and individuals who interact with the Enterprise. Each tier reflects a distinct level of relationship depth, due diligence intensity, and operational scope.

Counterparty Tiers

Tier I — Sovereign Stakeholders Highest tier

Sovereign stakeholders include states, central banks, sovereign wealth funds, and supranational institutions with whom the Enterprise maintains treaty-level relationships. Tier I counterparties benefit from the fullest scope of engagement, including direct access to the Board of Governors, participation in strategic initiatives, and the highest standard of due diligence reciprocity.

Tier II — Institutional Allocators Institutional tier

Legacy family offices, institutional allocators, pension funds, and endowments that meet the Enterprise's rigorous qualification standards. Tier II counterparties engage through structured investment mandates and institutional partnership frameworks, subject to enhanced due diligence and ongoing monitoring.

Tier III — Executive Principals Principal tier

Executive principals are qualified individuals and entities that meet the Enterprise's standards for direct engagement. Tier III counterparties operate under clearly defined engagement parameters, with access limited to specific product offerings and subject to standard due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and periodic review.
